General Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday, 3:30-4:15 pm and 4:30-5:15 pm
Our sessions will operate according to the current UCSB academic calendar.
Note that the days that the Clinic is closed will not count toward the cost of the program.
Requests to Visit the Clinic
All requests to our visit the clinic and observe our sessions will be processed according to the following steps:
- Request a meeting with the LEAD coordinator (by either phone or email indicated above). During this brief in-person meeting, the coordinator will learn about the visitor's interests and curiosities as well as background/experiences. This allows for us to identify the best program to observe in action.
- The Lead Coordinator will work with the identified program coordinator to schedule the best time for the visit.
- The visitor will arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of a session to chat with the program and instructor about the goals for the session. Ideally, the visitor will have some small role during the session in order to put the children at ease.
- The Lead Coordinator will follow up with the visitor to clarify any questions or further requests.
